We have an Opportunity available for a Senior Design Aeronautical Engineer where Citizenship in Australia is critical.

Engineering design and approval in-line with regulatory design standards and Company

policies and procedures

Develop, review and approval of documentation for design certification and demonstration of compliance Supervise the development and production of detailed drawings, tools, quantities, materials lists and cost estimates, ensuring compliance and adherence to agreed specifications

Supervise the manufacture and installation of designs and modifications, ensuring

timeliness, accuracy and compliance in delivery

Manage design projects, including leading a team of engineers, ensuring engineering

and commercial outcomes are accurate and adhere to agreed specifications and

standards

Ensure that customers are kept informed, issues are resolved, and project deliverable(s) are met on time and within budget Contribute to, and/or lead the planning and quoting of projects as required Actively promote, participate in, and comply with Environment 

Programs and the Safety

Management System

Desirable Experience and Skills:

A holder of CASA CASR Part 21M Authorisation highly desirable Relevant engineering degree or diploma Aircraft design and project management experience in civil and/or military environment

Comprehensive working knowledge of CASA and/or military design regulations and requirements A demonstrated high level of relationship management skill, with the ability to influence and achieve positive results from customers, design engineers, business unit managers and the MRO team.

AutoCAD, Solidworks, FEA, FN&DT, MatLab
