THE POSITION

We are seeking Full time and Casual Security Officers who have Corporate Security or Concierge experience to work at a high end corporate locations. The ideal candidates will have a strong customer service focus and a professional mannerism. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Providing high quality frontline customer service and support;
• Risk identification and issue resolution;
• Working within a team environment;
• The ability and confidence to work on your own;
• General security duties including administration tasks;
• Providing concierge or reception services;
• Building and maintaining tenant and client relationships.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience and appropriate certification within the following areas

• Excellent customer service skills;
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal);
• Ability to work a rotating roster;
• First Aid Qualification;
• Strong report writing and computer skills;
• Professional personal presentation;
• Exceptional work attendance.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 12 months experience in corporate security;
• The ability and confidence to liaise and build relationships with onsite clients;
• A current and valid NSW Security Licence
• Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia;
• Intermediate computer literacy.
