We are now expanding our insurance practice and are looking to recruit competent co-workers to join in this endeavor. 

You will play a crucial part within business and/or IT transformation assignments for our clients. Leveraging your experience and your skills you will contribute to the development of our offering, build and deepen client relationships, and of course carry out valuable assignments for our clients.

Basic qualifications

We believe that you have at least a couple of years of work experience, either from another consulting practice operating in the insurance industry or from an actual insurance company. We would also like to see that you have:

• Relevant personal network within the Swedish Insurance market
• Experience from products, services or technical solutions related to life or property insurance
• Experience from Business or IT related change project

Professional skill requirements

• Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Highly analytical and ability to structure complex issues and tasks
• Proven ability to build strong colleague and client relationships
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Action oriented with high energy level
• Ability to travel when required (quite limited) 

Formal Requirements

Language: English and Swedish

Education: Master/Bachelor of Science
