Job Description

Are you looking for the next step in your career? LeoVegas's Legal Team in stockholm is looking for a self-driven addition to their team. This role will act as a bridge between the legal team in Stockholm and the one in Malta and help in assuring that processes run smoothly between the 2 offices. You will also be given lots of opportunities to grow and learn new things.


Other things you'll be working with:

  • Support of other teams re corporate queries

  • Deal with corporate changes and documentation as well as corporate filings at the Registry of Companies

  • Draft and finalise resolutions, forms and changes to M&As

  • Provision of support with BoD meetings (incl. invitation, minutes, resolutions)

  • Support any ongoing licence applications

  • Keep track of any relevant deadlines as included in the calendar

  • Carry out tasks relating to Government Authorities including Police HQ, Embassies, Ministry of Foreign Affairs

  • Organise team events and any ad hoc events

  • Carry out any ad hoc admin related tasks including drafting letters, presentations, translations, organising agreements for countersignature, couriers, taxi bookings

  • Working closely with members of LeoVegas AB (publ)

  • Any other related tasks as may be needed


Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Swedish

  • Ideally have Paralegal qualifications, or have extensive experience in working within a similar role

  • Great work ethic and diligent

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills

  • Ability to confidently deal with demanding situations, people and requirements

  • Strong document management skills

  • Strong client service orientation

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and online research tools

  • Flexible and efficient work practices

  • Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines and manage own workload

  • Good communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people across the business

  • Ability to work well both in a team and individually

  • Keen to develop and use initiative

  • Respects and enjoys the diversity of cultural, social and academic backgrounds found at the Company


Other Things You Should Know

Office Hours
This is a full time role with normal office hours, Monday-Friday
