Due to significant growth we are seeking an experienced, successful and high achieving Broker Assistant to our Mortgage Adviser to join our team and immediately add value to the business.



Based in our Head Office, you will provide timely support and service to customers, effectively handling all new and existing enquiries. Utilising your ability to assess all situations, you will identify the customer's needs while providing end to end service on the most appropriate solutions in all financial aspects.



To be successful in the role you will have:


    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    High attention to detail

    The ability to work autonomously
    Ideally you will have experience with AFG and FLEX.

    This role will have, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

    Handle client enquiries in the Mortgage Broker’s absence
    Pre-qualify prospects based on lender serviceability requirements


    Book broker appointments and issue pre-interview information packs
    Prepare letters and other correspondence

    Maintenance of loan applications through our database
    Liaise with clients, lenders and third parties throughout the loan process


    Track the status of loan applications from initial enquiry through to settlement
    Maintain client files and database

Ideally we are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 -2 years industry experience, or in a similar role.
